Del Frisco’s Grille Santa Monica Creates a Tasty Metro Meal

(Gerry Furth-Sides) The city of Santa Monica seems to be in a state of continuing change with the incoming Expo Line and Colorado Esplanade, and Del Frisco’s Grille on Ocean Avenue is keeping up with the progress with their new lunch program and cocktails.

The new lunch menu will offer updated pricing, express service and complimentary transportation to and from the restaurant for locals. New items include a BBQ Pork Banh Mi Sandwich, Green Chile Cheeseburger, Lollipop Chicken Wings and more, with new cocktails such as the Red Sangria and classic Moscow Mule.

Diners can now also enjoy new daily features, and the $13 “Grab A Pair,” a combination of a personalized flatbread, half sandwich or two fish tacos and a side salad or soup — with even the few minutes spent waiting spent looking out at a spectacular one of the Pacific Ocean right in front. The lowered prices are now in effect for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch.Featured items include daily specials served at lunch and dinner, such as the Wagyu Patty Melt on Monday, Chicken Pot Pie on Tuesday, Farmhouse Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup on Wednesday, Half Rack of Ribs on Thursday and Fish and Chips on Friday.
