“Palate,” Ethnic Culinary Experience at KAABOO in Del Mar

Palate, the “culinary experience” added this year to KAABOO in Del Mar  is an ambitious sampling of local and regional delicacies.  The food can be paired with sprits from exclusive wineries, craft distilleries, and local craft beers for a true taste of San Diego

Appearing on the PALATE Stage, hungry guests will find their favorite celebrity chefs giving demos, and unique hands on demonstrations of favorite local recipes.

The PALATE stage will also host the exciting and mouthwatering Rockin’ Chef Competition, presented by Chef’s Roll where six chefs have the chance to go head-to-head in a “winner-takes-all” challenge!

 

 

KAABOO guests can also find their favorite local shops on the fairgrounds, including for the first time, a fully stocked Dylan’s Candy Bar, CaliBurger, Momenti Spirited Ice Cream, and Swell Coffee will provide a quick bite between acts.
