Mexican Tequila and Italian Amaretto mix it up with chocolate bitters, Casamigos Repasado Tequila, Lazzaroni Amaretto, fresh lemon juice, fresh lime juice, egg whites and agave syrup to create the Throw a sprig of rosemary in as a garnish to give your cocktail a woodsy flavor.

2 Dashes Scrappy’s Chocolate Bitters
1 Small Rosemary Sprig
1 oz Casamigos Repasado Tequila
1 oz Lazzaroni Amaretto
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
¾ oz egg whites
¼ oz agave syrup
Build: Add all ingredients into mixing tin, dry shake without ice.
Then add ice and shake vigorously. Then double strain with tea strainer, into martini coupe.

A Russian vodka based cocktail inspires the Mood Indigo from Pearl’s Rooftop that is mixed with Svedka, Violet Liquor, fresh lemon juice and rosemary simple. Mix these ingredients together and top it with fresh blackberries and basil for a refreshing, cool taste of tart.

¼ oz Violet Liquor

From Scotland comes the Tilted Tom Collins from Tilted Kilt, made with Hendrick’s Gin, Sun Orchard Lemon Juice, Monin Sugar Cane and Gosling Ginger Beer. Top your cocktail off with a fresh lemon wedge.
1.5 oz. Hendrick’s Gin
1 oz. Sun Orchard Lemon Juice
.5 oz Monin Sugar Cane
1 – 2 oz Goslings Ginger Beer
Lemon Wedge Garnish
Build: Pour 1 – 3 ingredients (no Ginger Beer) into mixing tin & add ice.
Shake (no Ginger Beer)
Strain over fresh ice into 12 oz Highball Glass then top with Ginger Beer.
