AMED Curates KTOWN NIGHT MARKET August 18-20 with Asian Street Food

 

 

 

Belly Bombz, Bibigo Food Truck, Boba Bear, Seoul Sausage, Okamato Kitchen, Beau Bar, Crasians, Nushii and The Dirty Cookie are a few providing popular modern and traditional Asian fare.

 

The popular LA event series KTown Night Market, which brings the traditional Asian night market concept to Koreatown in Los Angeles, is curating a three-day event – KCON Food Street – celebrating classic Asian dishes, modern fusion creations, decadent desserts, and everything in between.

The event, which attracted more than 25,000 attendees last year, will start at noon each day Aug 18-20, 2017, and be open to the general public.  KCON Food Street’s 28+ vendors representing the best of Asian cuisine, including Seoul Sausage Co, Season 3 winners of Food Network’s The Great Truck Race, and other critically-acclaimed options: including Belly Bombz, Boba Bear, Bibigo, Okamato Kitchen, Beau Bar, Crasians, Nushii, and The Dirty Cookie.

Foodies will get to nibble everything from traditional bibimbap and galbi; to fusion fare including sushi burritos, Korean bulgogi fries, and pork belly sliders; too sweet treats such as boba milk tea and matcha parfaits.

KCON Food Street is just one aspect of KCON USA presented by Toyota the world’s largest Korean culture convention and music festival, which spans three days under the banner theme ‘Let’s KCON.’ Tickets to the convention are $15 for one day and $25 for all three days.
