Celebrate Easter at The Raymond 1886
(Gerry Furth-Sides, content from The Raymond 1886) We’re excited to hear of the reopening of historic The Raymond 1886 restaurant and bar for Easter. Our memories of dining outdoors in their gracious, timeless patio there were lively enough to last a year, and we were pleased to hear that during the pandemic the site was a food distribution center for those in need.
Chocolate stars in this holiday, and Pasadena restaurant honors it with a Also on the sweets side are Assorted House Pastries featuring danishes, scones, cinnamon rolls and muffins.
Executive Chef Jonathan Quintana’s savory menu for the holiday menu starts with a special Croque Madame prepared with country ham, egg, andBéchamel, shown below. Other faithful and festive Brunch favorites include Blueberry & Pistachio Pancakes, Eggs Your Way, Eggs Benedict, Breakfast Burrito, Chilaquiles, Breakfast Sandwich, Mediterranean Frittata Veggie Hash, Avocado Toast, Smoked Salmon Toast, and more.
Chef Quintana’s Rabbit Pappardelle made with rabbit confit, peas, carrots and house-made pappardelle, one of our favorite dishes any time of the year, is perfect for this “rabbit-centric” holiday.
