For more than 20 years, chef and restaurateur Agostino Sciandri has enchanted Los Angelenos by introducing the flavors of Northern Italy in his classic and contemporary Italian dishes and his devotion to upholding the European standard of hospitality and exemplary service. Sciandri has revitalized the legendary Beverly Hills landmark, Caffé Roma. We met him when he first earned the highest guild mark of recognition by the Italian government (Italian menu, Italian-speaking waitstaff, rigorous Italian ingredients and quality of food, atmosphere)
Chef Gianluca Sarti skillfully carries out Agostino’s extensive menu of authentic, homemade, Italian delicacies. The menu roams around from the most delicate thin-crust burrata, sausage, and rapini pizza to a succulent filet mignon steak topped with shaved parmesan and arugula. We love the pappardelle with bolognese sauce.
This beloved neighborhood hotspot retains all of its original charm, whether it is the long, mysterious interior of the outdoor cobblestone patio on a warm evening or beautiful afternoon.
