Each menu is unique to every Loving Hut location due to local supply & local demand, as well as the philosophy of the owner.  At Loving Hut, Claremont, for example,  fresh produce and products are often more available than in other parts of the country because of the Southern California climate.  The owners oversee the kitchen and have developed a more Asian-inspired menu because the ingredients are healthier and lighter than Western fare,  while still being colorful and appealing.

Quinoa takes the place of rice in this Loving Hut sushi.  The quinoa adds a nutty, interesting  taste to the classic item.  The sushi is filled with avocado, shaved carrots and wrapped in nori paper.  A tart sauce brings out flavors even more.
