ABOUT L’ANTICA PIZZERIA DA MICHELE

World renowned Italian Neapolitan pizzeria L’Antica Pizzeria da Michele debuts in Hollywood as its first U.S. location. The historic pizzeria is also known for its big-screen debut in the film “Eat Pray Love.” L’Antica Pizzeria da Michele is in the space which once held Hollywood’s beloved Café Des Artistes and will serve traditional Neapolitan pizza, using the same recipes and importing the same ingredients used at its origin restaurant. Inspired by Italian courtyards, which serve as central gathering points for locals, guests who visit the all-new L’Antica Pizzeria Da Michele are seated in “il cortile” the restaurant’s quintessential Hollywood garden—surrounded by lush greenery—where they can view pizzas being prepared in L’Antica Pizzeria Da Michele’s signature stone oven. Designed by Owner Francesco Zimone, the atmosphere is classic Italian meets modern Californian décor with blue and white tiles adorning the walls, and natural wood and Baltic stone incorporated throughout the terrace and interior.
